These terms cover your use of refreshmykicks.com and anything you buy from it. Using the site means you accept them.
Products and pricing
We describe our products as accurately as we can, and the photographs on this site are of the actual products. Colours can look different from screen to screen. Prices are in US dollars and may change, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order, and we can refuse any order.
Using the products safely
The Shoe Decreaser is a heated appliance. Follow the instructions in the box and on our care guide: work through a damp cloth, use short passes, and match the temperature to the material.
Heat is not suitable for suede, nubuck, knit, mesh or patent finishes. We say so throughout this site. Results also vary with the material, the age of the crease and how deep the fold runs: a crease set for years will usually soften rather than disappear. You use these products on your own footwear at your own risk, and we can't accept responsibility for damage caused by use that departs from the instructions.
Keep the appliance away from children and never leave it unattended while it's hot.
Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. It's accepted when we confirm dispatch. If we can't fulfil an order we'll tell you and refund you in full.
Payment is handled by a third-party processor. We never see or store your full card details.

The text, photography and design on this site belong to Refresh My Kicks. Please don't reproduce them commercially without asking. Third-party trademarks and any footwear shown in photographs belong to their respective owners, and their appearance here does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those brands.
Limits
The site is provided as it is. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
