Shipping
Orders are packed and dispatched from 135 Auburn Ave, Atlanta, GA 30303. We ship within the United States.
- Free standard shipping on orders over $50.
- $5.95 flat rate on orders under $50.
You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel leaves us. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates from the carrier and can vary, particularly around holidays and during severe weather. We can't control a parcel once it's with the carrier, but if something looks stuck, email us and we'll chase it.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
What we can accept
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- Requests made after 30 days may qualify for a partial refund only.
Return shipping
Return postage is the customer's responsibility and is not refundable. Where we arrange the label, the cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we'll email you to confirm whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer it can take a further few days to appear on your statement.
Damaged or faulty items
We replace items that arrive defective or damaged. Email info@refreshmykicks.com with your order number and a photo of the problem and we'll sort out a replacement of the same item.
Items damaged for reasons that aren't our fault may qualify for a partial refund rather than a full one.
Non-returnable items
Perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, gift cards and downloadable products can't be returned.
