This policy explains what we collect when you use refreshmykicks.com, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
- Order information. Your name, email, shipping address and order contents, so we can send you the thing you bought.
- Payment information. Card details are entered on our payment processor's own secure page. They are never sent to, or stored on, this website. We receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded and the last four digits of the card.
- Email address, if you choose to join our care-guide list.
- Basic usage data such as pages viewed and rough location, used to understand what's working on the site.
What we do with it
We use your information to process and ship orders, answer your questions, handle returns, and (only if you opted in) send occasional emails about shoe care. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
Your cart is stored in your own browser's local storage so it survives a page refresh. It sits on your device, not our server, and you can clear it any time through your browser settings. We may also use analytics cookies to count visits.
Who else sees your data
We share the minimum necessary with the services that make the shop work: our payment processor, our shipping carrier, and our email provider. Each handles your data under its own privacy terms and only for the job we've asked it to do.
Keeping it
We keep order records as long as we need to for accounting and tax purposes. Marketing emails stop the moment you unsubscribe: there's a link in every one.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@refreshmykicks.com and we'll take care of it.
Children
This shop isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes we'll update the date at the top of this page.
